Tim comes to BDRC from the world of Digital Humanities and Librarianship. Originally, he had a formal education in Classical Studies and Digital Humanities, with a focus on Ancient Greek. He graduated from Colby College in 2012, and received his Masters in Classical Philology from Tufts University in 2014. While attending Tufts, he started working with the Perseus Digital Library and began to see Digital Humanities as an important part of cultural preservation in the modern world. Then in order to better understand the relationships between Digital Humanities and Librarianship, Tim got his MLIS from Simmons University in 2019. Shortly after that Tim started working with BDRC as a member of the Archival Operations team. He brings a passion for using technology to elevate the humanities, and preserving history and culture for future generations.
